Founded in 1979, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology is an independent professional graduate school with a dynamic student body and a professionally accomplished faculty. A Dissertation Affiliate Faculty Member is appointed by and directly responsible to the Department Chair. Duties include teaching 6 credit hours in the Business Psychology program, supervision of the formulation/writing of student proposals, directing candidates in carrying out the approved study and closely supervising dissertation completion in conjunction with committee members.
All faculty members report to the chair of their departments regarding the execution of faculty responsibilities. The department chair is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the performance of all faculty members. The chair will be responsible for the identification and selection of program and professional faculty to teach in the department.
Duties include teaching 6 credit hours in the Business Psychology program, supervision of the formulation/writing of student proposals, directing candidates in carrying out the approved study and closely supervising dissertation completion in conjunction with committee members.
A doctoral degree in a relevant discipline, evidence of strong teaching and academic administration at the post-secondary level, scholarship, professional field experience substantial experience in diverse delivery models (preferably in the online environment) and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
