Job Description: The Department of Technology Systems in the College of Engineering and Technology seeks a full-time Teaching Assistant Professor or Teaching Instructor on a 9-month appointment to teach and advise students beginning in August 2017. This is a fixed term position which is annually renewed based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding. This position requires teaching courses in industrial engineering technology and industrial technology in both face-to-face and on-line formats.

Minimum Qualifications: PhD in technology management, manufacturing management, mechanical engineering, industrial/systems engineering, engineering management or related fields for appointment as a Teaching Assistant Professor. Master's degree in technology management, manufacturing management, mechanical engineering, industrial/systems engineering, engineering management or related fields for appointment as a Teaching Instructor. Candidates should be able to teach courses and laboratories in at least four of the following areas: industrial materials and processes, CNC machining, plant layout and material handling, lean manufacturing, operations management, work methods and measurement, robotics, and automation. Degrees must be conferred by accredited institutions.
