Position Summary: The Physicist will be responsible for experimental nuclear structure data evaluation relevant to the research at National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory (NSCL) now and the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) in the future.

Faculty: Minimum Qualifications Support Staff: Minimum Requirements PhD degree in experimental nuclear physics, specifically in nuclear structure. Record of accomplishment in field of expertise.

Typing Requirements (wpm):

Desired Qualifications: Five years experience in the following: post-graduate experience in experimental nuclear physics research and familiar with experimental techniques and methods in nuclear structure experiments; experience in experimental nuclear structure data compilation and evaluation and experience in program coding with Java, Python, FORTRAN, C/C++.
