NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Fashion Lab. In this newly created position, the selected candidate work with the Executive Director to formulate and execute the Fashion Lab's (FL) vision and strategic business plan. S/he will develop, implement, and evaluate Fashion Lab (FL) programs with particular emphasis on building external business relationships and internal partnerships to ensure programs' success. The selected candidate will identify and cultivate relationships with key corporate partners and professional organizations to solicit participation in experiential learning projects for MBA and undergraduate courses, internships, and job placement. S/he will also assess students' needs and build, evaluate and ensure delivery of events, services, and curriculum course offerings to students to meet those needs.

The selected candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 5 years of relevant experience in the fashion industry creating and managing partnerships and collaborations, developing marketing communication plans and managing events. A proven ability to cultivate and maintain external client relationships is essential along with superior planning, analytical, written and platform skills. Experience in both entrepreneurial and corporate fashion ventures is preferred. An interest in teaching is a strong plus.
