Project Manager 1, Deferred Maintenance 

Northern Arizona University's Facility Services is currently seeking a full time Project Manager 1 for Deferred Maintenance. This position exists to aid and advise the Director of Planning, Design and Construction (PD&C) in fulfilling the Facility Services' mission to the University by providing superior customer service to the campus community, exercising fiscal responsibility, reporting on leading edge technology and practicing sustainable operations methods. Under the general direction of the Project Manager II, the Project Manager i for Deferred Maintenance performs work of considerable difficulty in concurrently managing multiple, minor projects and coordinating moderately complex projects, from inception through project close-out for new University facilities; for modifications, alterations, and repairs to existing facilities and for infrastructure upgrades projects. Total Project Budget for each project will range from $5,000 to $250,000.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field AND one year of progressive experience in managing small size construction or renovation projects; Or any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. 

Annual Salary:  Commensurate with experience.
