Essential functions of this position:
This position provides office support, budget, receipts, requisitions, billing, record keeping (50%) and passport and mail service support (50%).
N.C. Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Additional knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position:
Ability to maintain information / records
Ability to utilize office technology
Ability to demonstrate strong written communication skills
Ability to demonstrate strong public communications skills
Preferred education, professional skills and experience:
Experience in data entry, report development and analysis
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Demonstrate database administrative skills
Recruitment Range: $29,433 - $32,703
NC Salary Grade Equivalency: 59
Hours Per Week: 1.0 (40 hours per week)

Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
