Duties: The Administrative Coordinator provides support to Professional and Organizational Development (POD) within the College of Liberal and Professional Studies (LPS). Reporting to the Associate Director and working collaboratively with the POD Executive Director and other team members, this position will serve as a resource for vetting, tracking and managing opportunities for new revenue generating programs and orchestrate all logistics related to these programs. The candidate will serve as a primary contact for prospective clients/participants/students, screening inquiries, overseeing registrations/enrollments, updating our CRM system and forwarding leads/questions to the appropriate resources for follow-up. In particular, s/he will manage all logistics related to existing and new international custom programs including, scheduling room bookings, day-to-day management of events, preparation of materials, and reconciliation of expenses. As needed, s/he will support the development and execution of online programs which target professional audiences, monitoring their progress and success. S/he will coordinate business/financial activities for the team and liaison with the business office on financial issues related to these programs, will work with program leaders on researching and preparing annual competitor scan documents and other data reports required for LPS budget meetings, schedule complex meetings and collaborate with the myriad of stakeholders required to deliver high quality programs.

Qualifications: High school diploma and 5-7 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience are required. Bachelor's degree and one to two years of work experience strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills are required. The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines is required. Strong initiative and ability to work independently as well as with a team are essential. Computer proficiency essential including: MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access. Respect for confidentiality is essential. Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings required.
