Job Summary Responsible for planning, organizing and directing a diverse staff in retail dining operations, including both self-branded and nationally-branded concepts to include Campus Catering, Tate Center, Red Clay Cafe, Commissary Kitchen and Campus Eateries. Responsible for financial status of the above operations. Responsible for the cost efficient management of these operations. Work requires considerable judgement and initiative planning work programs. Directs the management staff for the retail dining operations locations, coordinates training, and coordinates intra-departmental activities. Responsible for financial status of the above operations. Responsible for the cost efficient management of these operations. Assist in long term planning, budget development and large equipment acquisition. Responsible for developing creative concepts and products that enhances the product line of retail dining operations. Responsible for merchandising of food, products, servicing areas, and dining environment. Responsible for knowledge of all safety/health regulations and to ensure consistent compliance in all units. Responsible to ensure exemplary customer service is provided in all units including creation and implementation of customer service initiatives. Minimum Qualifications
