ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE II
Job Summary The Administrative Associate II provides administrative support to the faculty, department head, office manager, and accountant. The administrative office staff works in collaboration with one another in order to meet the needs of the faculty, students, and the University as well as outside entities. Staff members are expected to demonstrate flexibility to ensure coverage of the offices and to provide assistance to others to meet departmental needs. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and three years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and one year of responsible office experience may be required.
