Job Summary: The Emergency Department Research Enroller Program in the SMPH Department of Emergency Medicine, under the guidance of Director Dr. Manish Shah and Associate Director Dr. Brian Patterson, is seeking a qualified individual (or individuals) to act as an administrative and enroller assistant on current/future research initiatives. The role includes (but is not limited to) administrative functions, study materials preparation, participant recruitment, data entry, data collection and tracking study participants.
Candidates will be expected to:
- Provide recruitment support for varies research studies
- Be detail-oriented, self-motivated, multi-task and a quick learner
- Maintain effective professional relationships with supervisor, co-workers, research investigators, research study participants, and clinic staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements: Study design and data collection experience preferred.
Effective team skills preferred.
Data management experience preferred.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Schedule Comment: Must be able to work nights and weekends. Schedule determined by the needs of the research team. Position may be 15-20% FTE (6 to 8 hours per week)
