Nature of Work:
The purpose of this job is to enhance the overall educational experience of students and to facilitate the Social Greek program at the University of West Georgia, advising the four councils and member chapters, managing recruitment and intake programs and educational programming.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s required. 1-4 years full-time student involvement experience, student organization advisement, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, leadership development skills, knowledge of risk management.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Student Development, Higher Education or closely related field. 1-4 years full-time experience advising social greek governing systems, (NPHC, MGC, CPC, IFC), managing recruitment/intake processes. Greek Housing experience, and ability to manage budgets, knowledge of issues surrounding Fraternity and Sorority Life.

Salary:    $37,083 minimum - $52,346 midpoint

Normal office environment with long periods of sitting at times.
