The Office of Strategic Initiatives is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support for projects, including scheduling, budgeting, handling correspondence, and other tasks as assigned. They will work at the task level, under direct supervision, and follow prescribed procedures and protocols. The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task, interact professionally with internal and external parties, extreme attention to detail, possess strong oral and written communication skills, provide high level of customer service, easily adapt to fast-paced and changing environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Pro.
Ability to analyze, summarize and present information.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication in daily interactions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the Strategic Initiatives Team.
Grasp the University's educational mission, strategic aims, and programs.
