Summary of Duties:
The Campus Registrar is responsible for the development and maintenance of effective records, registration, and data reporting services, strategies, programs, and services for the WSU Tri-Cities campus. The Campus Registrar is accountable to provide innovative service that promotes student success and retention in accordance with the strategic plans of the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Services, the campus, and university. This position will provide leadership, and overall management of Campus Registrar Office and related functions. Will work collaboratively with Registrar professionals and other administrators across the WSU system.
This position is a member of the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Services' leadership team and reports directly to the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and Student Services.
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a field related to the functional managerial area which has included at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. A Masters degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year of the required experience.
