Position Summary: The UNC Center of Excellence for Eating Disorders (CEED) is seeking a 50% FTE, Clinical Instructor who will be involved with both clinical and research activities. The individual in this position will work closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide individual assessments and interventions to individuals with eating disorders. Primary responsibilities include completion of outpatient nutrition assessments, developing and implementing nutrition interventions and monitoring, and evaluating patient progress. In addition, this individual will be involved in team meetings and conferences. Other clinical opportunities may include supervising clinical trainees. Research opportunities will include providing treatment as a clinical trial dietitian, contributing to research design, academic presentations and publications. Additional opportunities may also include presenting in professional training seminars.

Education Requirements: An RD is required and the applicant must be licensed in the state of North Carolina.

Qualification and Experience: Experience with the treatment of individuals with eating disorders is preferred.
