RETAIL DINING MANAGER I
Job Summary This is administrative and supervisory work in a franchise store within Dining Services Retail Foods Operations. An employee allocated to this class of work is responsible for overseeing sales, franchise merchandising, production, customer satisfaction, sanitation, inventories, delivery, quality control and record keeping for location. Work requires the application of creativity and innovation in developing ideas that will result in major improvements in existing methods and services. Activities and decisions are varied in nature, requiring the solving of both common and unusual problems. This position's supervisor or other appropriate position is consulted for clarification of policies where needed. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university, 2 years work experience in retail food service environment required. Driver's license required.
