Job Summary This position is responsible for administrative and supervisory work in Food Service Management. Work involves planning, organizing and directing of food service work at a Dining Services Retail location. Work involves assisting the Retail Dining Manager, for food quality and production, which is performed under the direction of Retail Dining Manager, and is evaluated through observation and in terms of customer satisfaction. Activities and decisions are varied in nature, requiring independent action and judgment in solving common problems. Unusual cases or questionable matters are resolved with position's supervisor or other appropriate positions. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with course work in dietetics and restaurant management and experience in a large food service unit; or any comparable combination of training, education, and experience
