General Summary of Position:
The Assistant Director, Recruitment is responsible for traditional admissions responsibilities that will enhance the recruitment and yield efforts for programs in the College of Fine Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences and the College of Health Sciences. General admissions responsibilities include: travel visits, college fairs, conducting information sessions and new student orientation as well as evaluating and summarizing applications for admission. Collaborate with the Marketing Department, academic program coordinators/departments, and Continuing Education on marketing efforts and developing marketing materials.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
-Master's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in higher education
-Experience working with diverse populations required
-Strong presentation, process management, detail orientation, organizational skills, analysis, data interpretation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand the big picture
-Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of higher education issues related to the recruitment, admission and enrollment of students
-Demonstrated leadership skills
-Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across units and sensitivity and responsiveness to the needs of diverse constituencies
Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
