Duties: Under direction, provide support for post award grants administration. Handle purchasing, accounts payable and payroll activities. Process deposits. Monitor grant expenditures. Process journal entries as needed to resolve wayward and suspense transactions. Provide support for BEN Financials requisitioners. Order supplies and oversee supply inventory. Process HR forms, weekly payroll and maintain time balance. Support Business Office functions. Enforce School, University and Sponsor Guidelines.

Handle Purchasing & Payables activity for CPUP & HUP using the Lawson system. Provide support for patient billing, revenue cycle management & patient financial counseling.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. An Associate's Degree or two year college equivalent and 3 years of experience strongly preferred.
