Job Summary: Under general supervision and in the absence of a Food Service Manager, this position will lead the operations of the Lakefront on Langdon, a restaraunt operation with alcohol service. Oversee high volume and exceptional quality food preparation, presentation and customer service. Assist in the training and development of part time staff to achieve the same professional standards throughout the unit.
Requirements: Possess or ability to obtain the following certifications within six months of hire.
1. Owner/Operator bartender license
2. State of Wisconsin Restaurant manager certification.
Schedule Comment: Spring/Fall Semester schedule:
Sunday - Thursday 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Sunday - Tuesday 3:00pm - 12:00 am
Friday - Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Schedules may vary based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
