Position Summary
The Center for Information Technology Policy (https://citp.princeton.edu) is an interdisciplinary research center at Princeton that sits at the crossroads of engineering, the social sciences, law, and policy.

CITP seeks candidates for our Microsoft Visiting Professor of Information and Technology position starting in Fall 2017.

The successful applicant is expected to be appointed to a term of ten months with the possibility of renewal for a second year, based on their individual circumstances and availability. We are happy to hear from anyone working at the intersection of digital technology and public life, including experts in computer science, sociology, economics, law, political science, public policy, information studies, communication, and other related disciplines.

The Visiting Professor will be in-residence at CITP, and is expected to teach one course per academic year during their term related to their research, subject to the approval of the Dean of the Faculty.

Please submit a current curriculum vitae, a research plan, and a cover letter describing your background, interest in the program, and salary requirements, noting any support you will be receiving during that period, such as sabbatical funding.
