The Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care and education. The applicant must be board eligible or certified in pulmonary and critical care.

We seek individuals with formal training in clinical interventional pulmonology. Ideally this includes expertise in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic flexible bronchoscopy, rigid bronchoscopy, medical thoracoscopy, percutaneous tracheostomy, and endobronchial ultrasound. Additional requirements include demonstrated ability to teach medical students and post-graduate physician trainees and to work with innovators from industry and academic engineering disciplines.
