Computer Support Specialist
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Help Desk Support Technician. The ideal candidate will have previous call center or customer service experience, along with the ability to work in a fast growing, rapidly evolving environment. The ideal candidate should not be afraid to talk to the customer you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.
- Demonstrable skill with Windows OS, Windows Server OS, MS office, email, printers, anti-virus, spy ware removal, and networking.
- Ability to communicate technical issues in a way that non-technical individuals can understand.
- Ability to provide customer service over the phone, via the computer and occasionally onsite.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent writing skills
- The following certifications are preferred: MCP, MCSA, MCSE, Net+ or similar experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred
- 1 year supervisory or management experience a plus
