Adjunct Opportunity: Radio Production (Immediate Opening)
Bergen Community College has an Adjunct teaching opportunity for our Radio Production class. This is a "hands-on" course designed to give the student experience in writing, directing and producing a variety of radio formats. Radio commercials, dramas, and musical programs are examples of production consideration.
Course objectives include demonstrating knowledge of the history, current status and future of radio production; Understanding the characteristics as well as the operational techniques of the radio medium; Learning basic competence in the use of radio production equipment in both the field and studio.
Required: Bachelors degree in Radio/TV production is mandatory; Masters degree preferred. A minimum of one year's teaching experience in the area and hands on experience is required. Immediate opening and must be available on Monday and Wednesday afternoons.
