Position Information
Under the general direction of the Graduate Students Affairs Officer, and in coordination with the Financial and Administrative officer, assist in carrying out curriculum advising; graduate admissions including recruitment and outreach; student enrichment and academic development activities; matriculation and graduation degree checks; and program reporting, evaluation and accreditation.

Minimum Requirements
Interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge and experience working with a diverse student population.
Multicultural competencies; ability to work with diverse populations.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Basic knowledge of UC and the department/school/college.
Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
