Organizational Project Administrator

Under the general supervision of the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Auxiliary Services, the Organizational Project Administrator will provide strategic project consultation, management and data analysis to a wide variety of projects for divisional growth and development. Independently researches, analyzes and develops administrative solutions, procedures and policies related to organizational projects and programs for the Auxiliary Services division.
Strong skills in analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of data for preparing sound and relevant proposals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff; both verbally and in writing.
Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
Knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs.
Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and follow through on diverse assignments with conflicting deadlines and frequent interruptions while maintaining confidentiality.
Political acumen within all levels of the organization, as well as with external constituencies.
Knowledge and familiarity with UCR.
Demonstrated ability to function in a team role in an organizational setting with a diverse constituency.
