Job Description


CureMD Implementation Analysts must possess excellent knowledge of CureMD solutions, their interactions with client workflows, clinical policies/procedures, time management, and supervisory techniques. Working knowledge of business management and sharp oral/written communication skills are absolutely essential. Analysts manage the daily activities and functions of the team as primary trainers and act as resource personnel, providing assistance to clients as needed. They work with users and practice managers to implement the product successfully, resolve issues related to product set-up and user workflow, and support client goals of maximizing revenue and a cash flow benefit to the practice. This position is 70% remote.

  1. Gather business requirements from the Sales Team and translate into a functional solution design according to client needs and scope of CureMD products and services
  2. Gather information from clients, evaluate their needs, and create/configure implementation solutions in collaboration with CureMD technical resources
  3. Review Implementation Kits submitted by clients
  4. Provide business/financial/accounting acumen to identify and define operational issues of our clients and best configure the system to remedy such issues
  5. Coordinate internally and with clients regarding scheduling, milestones, and deliverables
  6. Manage schedules, deliverables, deadlines, milestones, and employ creative solutions for technical success
  7. Manage the transition of clients from Implementation to Production Support
  8. Conduct employee and client trainings/functional knowledge transfer sessions according to methodology standards
  9. Liaise between clients, Support Team members, and internal resources to ensure understanding, clear communication, and client satisfaction
  10. Perform issue identification, escalation, and resolution for moderately complex issues
  11. Assist with software release and version testing
  12. Create project plans and schedules that list each task in the implementation project, the person with accountability for the task, and the task's due date
  13. Use web conferencing to work interactively with clients, answer questions, and provide additional information.
  14. Solicit client feedback/approval at key milestones
  15. Ensure that clients have the appropriate hardware/software to fully utilize the system after installation
  16. Document all customizations made by clients and include such documentation as special appendices to standard system documentation
  17. Provide initial support to answer specific questions regarding setup and configuration, and gradually transition clients to the help desk for ongoing routine support
  18. Keep everyone on the project team informed regarding key deliverables and milestones
  19. Perform additional duties as needed and meet with engagement managers and clients to negotiate project scope
  20. Provide end-user training in emergency/last minute scheduling gaps
  21. Compliance with internal SOPs
  22. Fulfill requirements of any onsite travel as necessary
  23. Additional help required from time to time by the Management

  1. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications preferred)
  2. 1-2 years of work experience in EMR/EHR Implementation in a healthcare setting is a plus
  3. Prior experience with project and implementation management, training, account management/ support, or customer service is a plus
  4. Working knowledge of physician billing, clinical, operational workflows for both in-patient and out-patient settings environment is a plus
  5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  6. Ability to use individual discretion while dealing with clients
  7. Multi-tasking skills and ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines
  8. Strong ability to identify potential issues and participate in their resolution
  9. Strong computer literacy and the comfort, ability and desire to advance technically and understand industry standards
  10. Self-motivated, detail oriented and team-player attitude
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  12. Ability to work remotely 70% and travel 50% of the time
