The Board of Trustees and the Marietta College community invite applications and nominations for the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management. A private, non-sectarian, co-educational, residential college, Marietta College offers a contemporary liberal arts education - academic programs based on the best of the past and that have a high relevance for today. The College provides a strong foundation for a lifetime of leadership, critical thinking, and problem solving through intellectual and creative excellence. Marietta offers its 1,091 FTE students 45 majors, along with a large number of minors, all of which are grounded in a strong liberal arts foundation. Through teaching and advising, as well as close personal interaction with students, the College's 95 full-time faculty provides educational leadership.

Marietta's commitment to its mission and core values has resulted in national recognition and growth. Since U.S. News & World Report began their rankings, Marietta has been in the Top 10 for Baccalaureate institutions in the Midwest. The College continues to incorporate “contemporary” academic programming including programs in Petroleum Engineering and in Athletic Training, both of which were the first to receive separate professional accreditation at a private college, and the Physician Assistant graduate program, which has a 98% retention rate and 100% graduation rate in the last five years. Marietta has a high rate of student participation in experiential learning and strong international educational ties, particularly in China. Adding distinctiveness to the programs at Marietta is the McDonough Center for Leadership and Business, the nation's first developed opportunity for undergraduate students to examine issues clustered around the themes of civic engagement and corporate leadership.

The Vice President for Enrollment Management will become part of a collaborative leadership team prepared to advance the College to a new level of excellence at a dynamic and vibrant time. The Vice President will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, admissions, financial aid and enrollment planning and will be prepared to increase enrollment, meet net tuition revenue objectives and increase the geographical diversity of the applicant and matriculant pool. The Vice President for Enrollment Management reports directly to the President and is a member of the President's Cabinet. The Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management reports directly to the vice president.
