The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Virginia seeks candidates for a tenure-eligible Assistant or Associate Professor position for Academic Electrophysiology. The position requires a commitment to academic medicine as evidenced by a track record of scholarly activity in clinical or translational research appropriate to the position. The incumbent's responsibilities will include inpatient and outpatient clinical services, education, and research. The distribution will vary based on the interests and training of the candidate.

Candidates must have an MD or equivalent and be sub-specialty board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology by appointment start date. Candidates must have training with complex arrhythmia ablations. An interest in health outcomes, health disparities, or translational research is desirable.
