The Department of Cell Biology at the University of Virginia is seeking applicants for multiple research associate and post-doctoral fellow opportunities. The department conducts research in numerous areas of cell, developmental, and regenerative biology using a variety of cell types, organ systems, and model organisms. Our laboratories employ a diversity of modern approaches and technologies, including genetics, imaging, biochemistry, and molecular biology. Candidates must have research experience in cell, developmental, or molecular biology or a related biomedical science discipline. Strong candidates with experience in physical sciences are also encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a PhD or MD in hand by start date.
