Degree and Area of Specialization: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Position Summary: This position is a business analyst for the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system for the Office of Student Financial Aid, and in a limited capacity, will work with our scholarship management software. This position reports under general supervision to the Assistant Director of Operations in the Office of Student Financial Aid and will work closely with a team of developers and functional analyst to maintain and improve operations for the financial aid software systems. Duties will include project management, business requirement gathering, process mapping, testing, data analysis, query writing and customer support.

The ideal candidate will have experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and functional knowledge of financial aid. The individual in this role is expected to be a creative problem solver and process improver, and is required to have strong analytical and technical skills combined with excellent communication skills.

There may be an option for a telecommuting.
