Job Description
Under limited supervision, the Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, managing and facilitating programs and services which enhance student and community life. These programs include Carolina Productions, the campus wide programming board and Carolina After Dark, the late night series.

This position provides support and advisement to Carolina Productions (to include student management team, student executive board and general members) and monitors over 200 student events and activities annually. In this role, the employee will assist in the strategy, development and implementation of campus wide programming, as well as, the planning, coordination and evaluation of the Carolina After Dark late night series, and budget management of associated accounts.


Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in Student Personnel Services or related field and 1 year related experience, or bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience.

This position has been designated as essential personnel during inclement/hazardous weather and other emergencies. This position requires a variable work schedule. A valid driver's license is also required to obtain authorization to drive state-owned vehicles.

A flexible work schedule will be required to include evening and weekend hours.
