Position Summary:

The Director of Early College Programs and Partnerships will provide leadership and management of secondary school partnerships and dual enrollment initiatives, including the development, implementation and management of an early College program model. In collaboration with Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) department chairs and directors, the Director will manage the promotion, marketing, and integration of all college plans of study, program articulations, and proficiency assessments to ensure curricular alignment and Early College enrollment opportunities for secondary school students. The Director will provide leadership and management for an AACC cross-functional work team that includes staff and faculty from the Divisions of Learning, Learning Support Services and Learning Resources Management that supports Early College initiatives with Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) and private schools.

Salary Range: $59,179-$73,974

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of three years' experience developing programmatic partnership relationships
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Experience with budget development and monitoring
• Ability to deal tactfully and sensitively with students, faculty, staff
• Ability to work independently, with attention to details and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree preferred

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
