Duties: The Executive Assistant in the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer serves a diverse set of functions consisting of chief administrative support of the Vice President and other senior staff, coordination of division-wide events and special projects and division-wide and external communication. The Executive Assistant is the primary liaison to the division's senior staff, divisional staff, central administration, schools, centers, trustees and other external contacts on behalf of the Vice President; is responsible for coordinating theme development, presentation content and logistics in the planning of all division-wide events and internal and external meetings; division's quarterly newsletter, website updates, routine correspondence on behalf of the Vice President; coordinates quarterly reporting; assists in the preparation of presentations; and manages other special projects.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Five plus years of experience preferred.

Candidate must be well-organized and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
