Duties: Provide administrative and technical leadership for the Collaboration Services team within Platforms and Infrastructure in ISC Technology Services. The team is responsible for defining and running a stable set of campus-wide services in the collaboration tools space and for providing leadership within ISC and on Penn's campus with regards to collaboration tools, including systems such as email, calendar, file sharing and web conferencing.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of technology leadership or management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated strong knowledge of systems and network fundamentals. Experience in a large, complex organization, with an appreciation for the complexities of developing, maintaining and shaping IT architecture. Experience in cloud, collaboration tools and platforms engineering and in developing new methods and procedures for addressing problems, participation in strategic planning, establishing policy and procedure, and working with new and emerging technologies, virtualization, cloud technologies, storage subsystems, and data center infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate through written business communications, documentation, training delivery, and public speaking. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and other web-based collaboration tools preferred.
