Job Description

We are currently looking for General Managers and Assistant Managers for our new Tempe location!

~~Job Related Requirements & Qualifications
• 4 Year Degree strongly encouraged / 2 years of management experience (any industry)
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to track and understand profit and loss statements
• Ability to guide, train, motivate and lead new and existing team members
• Demonstrate the use of problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Professional computer skills
• Understand the operation of exercise equipment
• Ability to track and positively impact club sales, membership retention, and overall club income

Responsibilities / Duties
• Manage / oversee all departments and staff
• Responsible for overall club budget
• Approve all department schedules and shifts
• Consistently and accurately execute all job related responsibilities and duties of each department
• Facilitate and execute club events
• Conduct staff reviews
• Effectively recruit, hire, and train new employees
• Monitor and facilitate equipment and building repairs
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and job related duties
