Responsibilities

Working in the Student Activities Union Productions office.
Attend weekly board and committee meetings with weekly office hours.
Serve as Event Staff for all Union Productions and Student Activities Center programs.
Play a vital role in developing a lively and vibrant community on campus by contributing to the planning and execution of events.
Maintain strong relationships with other campus offices by encouraging event collaboration in order to create a dynamic campus experience for all segments of the student population.
Make decisions regarding budget allocations.
Maintain records of all activities, including event and financial expense reports.
Operate with a clear understanding of the University's mission, policies, and procedures.
Attend training, retreats, and leadership programs.

Qualifications

Must be an FSU Student for the 2017-2018 academic year with a 2.3 GPA minimum.

Preferred

FSU Students with previous Union Productions volunteer or work experience.

Anticipated Salary Range

$8.10 an hour

Pay Plan

This is an OPS/temporary Job.

Schedule

The position requires 10 - 20 hours per week through Spring 2018. Must be available to work starting August 14, 2017. Some positions will be available to start working in May 2017.
