Job Description


Processes and verifies documentation in preparation to fund automobile loans

Develops and maintains effective working relationships with auto dealerships and team members

Uses excellent prioritization skills to perform daily follow up on all deals currently in process

Perform outbound telephone calls, faxes and e-mails to dealerships, customers, insurance companies, and employers to process loans in a timely manner

Provide outstanding customer service to our dealership customers

A demonstrated history of significant attention to detail

Prior working experience in a loan processing / contract positions not necessary, but a plus

Solid experience with financial terms and calculations

Excellent Computer skills - Ability to learn required program and quickly navigate from screen to screen

Data Entry Skills - Must exceed a minimum of 20 words per minute

Strong Math and Analysis skills / underwriting experience a plus

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required

We offer a competitive base pay (hourly) along with an excellent bonus structure. Effective hourly pay varies from $13/hr to $16+/hr, depending on experience.
