For more than 50 years, our faculty have been forging new paths in interdisciplinary design thinking. Weaving together faculty, staff, undergraduate and graduate students, alumni and professionals, the ENVD community seeks to develop its ranks at the Instructor/Senior Instructor level and to push forward its reputation in advancing new approaches to environmental design education.

The studio courses expose students to a sequence of investigations that lead to the development of concepts and the critical evaluation and context of design,
  • Community engaged/community service design courses potentially in partnership with sponsoring clients. (i.e., praxis),
  • Upper level junior or senior architecture studio,
  • Large lectures in one or more of the following areas (human behavior and design, materials and methods, site planning)
