The Director of Graduate Business Admissions for the Executive MBA for Artists & Athletes program will assist in the planning and execution of the admissions process, class scheduling, and overall program needs as it pertains to the Executive MBA for Artists and Athletes program.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversees admissions, planning, scheduling, and programming for the Executive MBA for Artists and Athletes program Assists prospective students with questions and counseling about our Executive MBA for Artists and Athletes program based in Miami. Interaction with prospects can be via a variety of means including e-mail, phone, virtual information sessions, walk-in, scheduled appointments and recruiting events. Interacts and works with the Executive Director of Admissions, Faculty Program Director, internal departments and external partners to ensure superior service to prospects, applicants, enrolled students and alumni. Coordinates and facilitates the application process, financial aid services, class scheduling, programming, and other program enhancements such as mentorship programs and alumni events. Assists the Executive Director of Graduate Business Admissions in the planning and execution of recruiting strategy, marketing and other related events. Assists in design and communication of new processes and program nuances in an efficient and effective manner. Manages relationships with the University Graduate Admissions office, International Admissions office, Central IT office, Financial Aid, and Student Services among others. Assist Recruiting and Admissions team with other department projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is required. Strong leadership and organizational skills as well as ability to handle competing demands. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Impeccable judgment and discretion in dealing with issues pertaining to confidentiality. Customer service oriented. Education Requirements (Essential Requirements):

Bachelor’s degree required. Work Experience Requirements (Essential Requirements):

Five years of relevant work experience required.
