The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Emergency Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant, Associate, and/or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of Pediatrics with a focus on Emergency Medicine. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. Must be Board certified/eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.

We are seeking candidates to provide care in an Emergency Department that has an annual volume of 95,000 visits annually, and participate in the clinical education of medical students, residents and fellows as a member of the Division of Emergency Medicine.

Clinical employment opportunities in Pediatric Emergency Medicine are also being offered at both our clinical affiliate institutions, Virtua Voorhees, in Southern New Jersey and St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA. Positions at Virtua Voorhees or St. Mary Medical Center will include an academic appointment, as well as clinical shifts in the CHOP Emergency Department. The distribution of CHOP and the designated clinical affiliate is negotiable, and can be tailored to the interests of the applicant.
