ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE II
Job Summary Office manager and sole administrative and clerical support to the unit. Responsible for scheduling workshops, meetings, special events, guest clinicians, festivals, etc. Involved with issues of a highly confidential nature, with a high number of students, faculty, and TAs supported. Coordinates complex projects with other departments' personnel. Plans, schedules, and prioritizes workload of a highly complex business office and a number of student workers. . Assists with program details requiring full program knowledge. Operates databases and spreadsheets and pulls data for budget and planning. Assists and facilitates, with the Hodgson School accounting staff, using appropriate safe accounting procedures, income and expense budgeting and expense preparation for over $200,000 in Music School and $800,000 in Athletics funds. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and three years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and one year of responsible office experience may be required.
