Position Summary
This position will support the Office of Undergraduate Academic Programs through program coordination and project support. Undergraduate Academic Programs comprises multiple programs that advance the academic mission of the University by providing enhanced academic programs that have the potential to reach every student. The office is also responsible for the undergraduate common curriculum and University-wide student learning outcomes and maintains institutional accreditation. This position will provide support for each of the UAP offices areas, which include High Impact Programs, Academic Affairs and Strategic Priorities.

Essential Functions
* Specific duties include support for the High-Impact Programs area, especially for the First-Year Seminar program and the Undergraduate Research Center. This position will coordinate all aspects of the Undergraduate Research Center, including application processing, committee review, and communication with appropriate constituents via email and website. Additional duties include website maintenance, scheduling workshops and overseeing award disbursement.
* Administrative support for the First-Year Seminar and the University Honors program include timely and clear communication with multiple constituencies, performing budget and personnel transactions that require timeliness, confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail, and managing multiple projects as assigned.
* In the Academic Affairs area duties include administrative tasks for the Undergraduate Council its sub-committees, summer school programming, and the student success initiative, such as maintaining current rosters, meeting scheduling, creating meeting agendas, maintaining a portfolio site for Council members, taking meeting minutes, as well as providing support for report writing. Additional duties include summarizing and communicating current and historical data on student feedback, assessment, faculty evaluations, and other data relevant to the programs. Updating UAP websites, scheduling workshops, corresponding with faculty, and general office coordination are important daily responsibilities.
* This position will support other University- or Unit-wide projects/initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience.
* 1 - 2 years of experience in program coordination.

Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree.
* Experience working with undergraduate students in advising or counseling at a college.
* Experience working in database applications and/or SCT Banner system.
* Experience with survey and assessment tools.
