Assistant Professor, Mathematics & Statistics #603048
Northern Arizona University's Mathematics and Statistics department is currently seeking a full time tenure track Assistant Professor in Mathematics Education beginning August 21, 2017. Responsibilities include teaching mathematics and mathematics education courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels; conducting scholarly research in mathematics education; partnering with local schools; working with in-service and pre-service mathematics educators; graduate student advising; and service to the department, university and profession.
Minimum Requirements: Earned doctoral degree in mathematics education, or in a closely-related field with substantial education and experience in mathematics and mathematics education, conferred by August 21, 20170
Annual Salary: $58,500 - $63,500, commensurate with experience.
