Posting Summary:
The McIntire School of Commerce seeks applications for a very versatile Associate Director Digital Brand Management. The Associate Director provides leadership and direction across the School's digital footprint within the context of McIntire's overall marketing and communications positioning strategy. S/he will provide both the technical and design expertise required to articulate and optimize the brand across numerous digital platforms. Primary responsibilities will include front-end/back-end oversight including all design and development of the Drupal web presence and its traffic via SEO. Working closely with other members of the team, s/he will also play a role in the design and execution of social media, online ad campaigns and email marketing outreach. S/he will develop and implement website standards and strategies by effectively collaborating with staff and faculty to identify positioning goals and ensure a measurable, impactful execution. All digital communications will fully complement other, ongoing marketing and communications outreach such as print products, videos, events, media relations, etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated project management experience overseeing multiple, high-level projects simultaneously
- Top-notch visual and written communication skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge and expertise with cross-browser compatibility issues
- Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across assignments, based on short and long-term needs
- Ability to think in terms of positive solutions for negative problems
- Impeccable client management skills
- Collaborative, team player able to contribute creative ideas in team setting
- Strong understanding of global perspectives
- Familiarity with ADA compliance
- Willingness and interest in learning new skills and adapt in growing team environment
- Ability to exercise appropriate discretion when dealing with sensitive issues
