Substitute Teacher at The Children’s School, Position #2230
• Assist in providing care for children ranging in age from two to six years.
• Work cooperatively with other staff members in a classroom setting and with children individually, in small groups, and in the whole group.
• Perform other essential duties and tasks specific to the position.
Associate’s degree, or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities plus a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units is required to meet State licensing criteria
Classroom experience with pre-school children is required.
Work Days and Hours:
The regular hours for this position are as needed Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours will vary due to the needs of the College or department.
This is an on-call, non-benefits eligible position.

BACKGROUND CHECK: The successful candidate will be required to undergo a full consumer background check. Certain positions will require the successful completion of a post-offer physical agility test. Employment is contingent on the satisfactory results of the aforementioned, in addition to compliance with requirements cited in this job description.
OTHER: The successful candidate will be required to present Livescan Criminal Background Clearance.
