University of North Texas - Administrative Coordinator II
The F&A Organizational Development Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Administrative Coordinator II to join our team. This position is responsible for administrative support for the Department of Organization Development in the Division of Finance and Administration. It includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, travel, correspondence, data compilation, reporting, calendaring/scheduling, property control functions, and website maintenance. Duties include providing administrative support to the assistant vice president, policy office, business process and training, and communications function - each having varying needs based on the nature of specialization. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:* Manage administrative operations for the department.* Manage calendars for multiple staff members including the assistant vice president.* Perform timekeeper responsibilities.* Maintain paper and electronic records.* Manage record retention. * Maintain assets.* Maintain employment records.* Make travel arrangements. * Monitor budget activity and balances.* Complete requisitions, reimbursements, travel vouchers, budget requests, HR forms, etc.* Complete annual space management survey.* Manage special projects as assigned. * Maintain adequate stock of office supplies, beverages for guests, etc.* Handle in-coming mail, paperwork.* Greet and direct guests and callers.The University of North Texas System is firmly committed to equal opportunity and does not permit - and takes actions to prevent - discrimination, harassment (including sexual violence), and retaliation on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, family status, genetic information, citizenship or veteran status in its application and admission processes, educational programs and activities, facilities, and employment practices.
