The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant or Associate Professor position in the non-tenure clinician-educator track. Responsibilities include an oversight of the adult spine program, assisting with general orthopaedics, orthopaedic trauma and the creation of a center of excellence in spinal deformities. Education responsibilities will involve resident and fellow education in Spine Surgery. Research responsibilites will include oversight of the Spine Research program in collaboration with the McKay laboratory. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, research, and clinical care.

Applicants must be board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and have completed a fellowship in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery.
