Job Summary: This position will serve to support the Summer Institutes team to ensure the smooth running of Skidmore-sponsored summer programs and institutes. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office (PC platform), various forms of Social Media technologies, and perform general office duties including answering the phone,aiding walk ins, photocopying, filing, errands and data entry. Must be reliable, detail oriented, flexible and comfortable working independently as part of a team. A sense of humor is preferred. Photography or videography skills a plus although not required.
This position would directly and indirectly support the Summer Dance Workshop, the SITI Summer Theater Workshop, the Jazz Institute, the Decoda/Skidmore Chamber Music Institute, Camp Northwoods, and a wide array of youth Sport Camps.
