Job Summary: Reliable, confident, outgoing and mature individuals sought to assist in supporting Skidmore's summer conference and events. This part-time position requires flexibility, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, changing environment. Duties will be varied from responding to questions at an information table and relaying accurate information, to driving a golf cart for guest transportation, to running errands on campus, photocopying, and other similar duties as assigned. This position will work as part of a larger team of summer employees who provide general support for the Summer Operations Team. Work hours are sporadic throughout the summer and are generally within 8:30 a.m. and 4:30pm. Monday - Friday, with evenings and weekends to support events, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: Must be available June 14-18. Must have a positive attitude and be willing to provide excellent Customer Service to our summer guests.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and familiarity of Skidmore's campus and Saratoga Springs area is a plus.
