Duties: Reporting to the Director, Penn Abroad, the Associate Director, Advising & Enrollment manages the front-line advising team for all global programs available to Penn undergraduate students. This position provides strategic advising and enrollment management of programs administered through Penn Global, in close partnership with the Senior Associate Director, Programming. The position also provides information systems management, managing the technical systems used in the office, and is responsible for operational data acquisition and analysis and furnishing reports to management including program evaluations and assessments.

Qualifications: BA/BS required, Masters preferred, plus 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in education abroad; significant experience in program management; previous supervisory experience; experience in crisis management; experience studying, working or living abroad.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing a large and diverse portfolio of education abroad programs; experience in student advising models; ability to collaborate with faculty and professional staff of a large institution.
